ICE BATH & SAUNA LIABILITY WAIVER

Age Requirement

WellNest welcomes guests aged 15 years and above only.

Please read and understand the following before using our facilities.

I acknowledge that using ice baths and saunas involves certain risks to health and safety, and I voluntarily choose to use these facilities.

Risks to Be Aware Of

Ice Bath

• May cause slipping, dizziness, or loss of balance.
• Sudden exposure to cold water may affect breathing, the heart, and circulation.
• Prolonged exposure may lead to hypothermia or other adverse effects.

Sauna

• May cause dehydration, dizziness, or fainting.
• Prolonged exposure to high temperatures may cause heat exhaustion or heatstroke.
• People with heart, blood pressure, or circulation conditions may have increased risks.

Health & Safety

I confirm that I do not have any health condition that may make the use of an ice bath or sauna unsafe for me, including heart conditions, blood pressure problems, stroke, circulation problems, or respiratory conditions.

I confirm that I am not pregnant and am not under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

If I have any concerns about my health, I will consult a doctor or inform WellNest staff before using the facilities.

Participant Responsibility

I agree to follow all instructions and safety rules provided by WellNest and to stop using the facilities immediately if I feel unwell or experience any unusual symptoms.

I understand and accept the risks associated with using the ice bath and sauna. I agree not to hold WellNest or its staff responsible for injury or damage resulting from my failure to follow safety instructions or facility rules, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

I may stop using the facilities at any time and will inform staff if I require assistance.

Governing Law

This waiver is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. If any part of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

เอกสารยินยอมและข้อกำหนดการใช้อ่างน้ำแข็งและซาวน่า

ข้อกำหนดด้านอายุ

WellNest ให้บริการสำหรับผู้ที่มีอายุ 15 ปีขึ้นไปเท่านั้น

กรุณาอ่านและทำความเข้าใจก่อนใช้บริการ

ข้าพเจ้ารับทราบว่าการใช้อ่างน้ำแข็งและซาวน่าอาจมีความเสี่ยงต่อสุขภาพและร่างกาย และข้าพเจ้าเลือกใช้บริการโดยสมัครใจ

ความเสี่ยงที่ควรทราบ

อ่างน้ำแข็ง

• อาจทำให้ลื่นล้ม เวียนศีรษะ หรือเสียการทรงตัว
• การสัมผัสน้ำเย็นอย่างฉับพลันอาจส่งผลต่อการหายใจ หัวใจ และระบบไหลเวียนโลหิต
• การแช่น้ำเย็นเป็นเวลานานอาจทำให้เกิดภาวะตัวเย็นเกินไปหรือผลกระทบอื่นต่อร่างกาย

ซาวน่า

• อาจทำให้ร่างกายขาดน้ำ เวียนศีรษะ หรือเป็นลม
• ความร้อนสูงเป็นเวลานานอาจทำให้เกิดภาวะอ่อนเพลียจากความร้อนหรือลมแดด
• ผู้ที่มีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับหัวใจ ความดันโลหิต หรือระบบไหลเวียนโลหิตอาจมีความเสี่ยงเพิ่มขึ้น

สุขภาพและความปลอดภัย

ข้าพเจ้ารับรองว่าไม่มีภาวะสุขภาพที่อาจทำให้การใช้อ่างน้ำแข็งหรือซาวน่าไม่ปลอดภัยสำหรับข้าพเจ้า รวมถึงโรคหัวใจ ความผิดปกติของความดันโลหิต โรคหลอดเลือดสมอง ปัญหาระบบไหลเวียนโลหิต หรือปัญหาระบบทางเดินหายใจ

ข้าพเจ้าไม่ได้อยู่ในระหว่างตั้งครรภ์ และไม่ได้อยู่ภายใต้อิทธิพลของแอลกอฮอล์หรือสารเสพติด

หากมีข้อสงสัยเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพ ข้าพเจ้าจะปรึกษาแพทย์หรือแจ้งพนักงานก่อนใช้บริการ

ความรับผิดชอบของผู้ใช้บริการ

ข้าพเจ้าตกลงที่จะปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำและกฎความปลอดภัยของ WellNest อย่างเคร่งครัด และจะหยุดใช้บริการทันทีหากรู้สึกไม่สบายหรือผิดปกติ

ข้าพเจ้าเข้าใจและยอมรับความเสี่ยงที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้อ่างน้ำแข็งและซาวน่า และตกลงว่าจะไม่เรียกร้องความเสียหายจาก WellNest หรือพนักงานสำหรับการบาดเจ็บหรือความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการใช้บริการโดยไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำหรือกฎความปลอดภัย ทั้งนี้ ไม่รวมกรณีที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้ WellNest ต้องรับผิด

ข้าพเจ้าสามารถหยุดใช้บริการได้ทุกเมื่อ และจะแจ้งพนักงานทันทีหากต้องการความช่วยเหลือ

กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

เอกสารฉบับนี้อยู่ภายใต้และตีความตามกฎหมายของประเทศไทย หากข้อกำหนดใดไม่สามารถบังคับใช้ได้ ข้อกำหนดส่วนที่เหลือจะยังคงมีผลบังคับใช้
